As fond as I am of red hot dogs and the special tradition they have at our annual Hot-Doggin’ picnic and cookout, how do you think a BBQ would go over? But before I whet anybody’s appetite, the first thing we would have to do is decide on a STYLE. Here’s a little song that will give you a review of BBQ in the Southern United States.
